What is APAP|NYC+ 2022?

APAP will host a hybrid conference in 2022---making the most of meeting together in-person in New York City, while also maximizing access, engagement and convenience through our online platform.

Two Ways In

What does "two ways in" look like?

Whether you choose to participate in-person, online or both, substantial and engaging conference activities will happen on both tracks.

Unlike what we might conventionally think of as a hybrid conference, this will not be a conference where everything is livestreamed for a (secondary) virtual audience and nothing else. While there may be sessions that are livestreamed, there will be many unique opportunities and experiences designed with the intended audience---in-person or online---in mind, including:
Professional Development - in-person and online
Plenaries - in-person and online
Networking - in-person and online
"EXPO Hall"/Exhibit Space - in-person and online
Pitch Sessions
"EXPO Hall"/Exhibit Space - in-person and online
Showcases - in-person and online

When and Where

When and where will the conference happen?

The in-person conference will take place as scheduled, January 14-17, 2022, at the New York Hilton Midtown. There will be online elements that overlay the in-person conference.

The online conference will have a wider footprint, with activities and engagement happening and content being made available on the online conference platform as early as late 2021 and continuing after the in-person conference in January 2022

How much does conference registration cost?

The following are the registration rates for APAP|NYC 2022
In-person* individual: $500
Online only individual: $150
In-person* exhibitor (includes booth fee): $595
In-person* additional exhibitor badges: $250
Online only exhibitor: $100
Online additional exhibitor badges: $50
