APAP is excited to offer HEALING FORWARD™, a program designed and facilitated by Marc Bamuthi Joseph and Rika Iino and hosted by Sozo Vision, to our members. HEALING FORWARD: Arc of Systemic Allyship will be held on Thursday, October 13 from 2:00 - 4:15 p.m. (EDT).
HEALING FORWARD™ engages the entire organization, using the guiding principles of THE 4Ps: PIPELINE, PEDAGOGY, PROGRAM, PROFILE to bolster organizations in their journey towards becoming institutionally anti-racist.
Since its launch in June of 2021, HEALING FORWARD™ has impacted 50+ organizations of all sizes through retreats and workshops, with a current cohort of 100+ leaders in arts & culture activating the methodology in their organizations.
The HEALING FORWARD: Arc of Systemic Allyship 2.25-Hour Workshop is designed to introduce attendees to this unique approach and to spark a conversation on how it might deeply impact their organizations.
