Real-time data: Selected organizations will receive early and complete access to real-time reports via AMS’ Performance Analytics platform. Additionally, the participant’s segment will always be highlighted so that organizations can easily identify in which group they fall.
Representation: Providing your organization’s data ensures that the insights and analytics as a whole are representative of the reality of organizations like yours.
Recognition as Field Leaders: The project is intended to help the performing arts community leverage authoritative knowledge on salaries and compensations. Pilot participants will be recognized as “Founders” in perpetuity.
Guidance: If selected for the pilot, participating organizations will use the Performance Analytics platform and be onboarded by the AMS Analytics team. For ease of use, organizations will be provided with as many login accounts as are needed.
Anonymized Data: The platform will never display the salary of a single individual, rather, the analytics always present the data in aggregate. Those aggregates are further segmented by organization size in order to facilitate logical comparisons.
