APAP|NYC+ 2022 Registration

In these momentous times, APAP|NYC+ conference brings together the broadest cross-section of performing arts professionals in the presenting, booking and touring industry. 

Two Ways In

January 2022 marks APAP's return to New York City for an engaging in-person gathering, but also the return of a robust and accessible online event. Attendees may register for the in-person conference or the online conference. All in-person conference registrants will have access to the online events and platform.

The in-person conference happens January 14-17, 2022. The online conference begins on January 10, 2022 and features events on January 11 and 13, as well as during the in-person conference.

Conference Registration Rates

In-Person Rates

The following are the registration rates* for current APAP members for the in-person conference, which takes place January 14-17, 2022:
In-Person individual: $500
In-Person exhibitor: $595
In-Person additional exhibitor badges: $250
In-Person student: $250
In-Person group rate: Contact us at apapnyc@apap365.org.
*In-person registration includes access to the online conference and platform.

Online Rates

The following are the registration rates for current APAP members for the online conference, which begins on January 10, 2022:
Online only individual: $150
Online only exhibitor: $100
Online only additional exhibitor badges: $50
Online only student: $75

Introductory Membership Combo

The following rates are available to anyone who has never been an APAP member and include one year of APAP membership. A current APAP membership is required to attend the conference.
In-Person introductory rate: $450
In-Person introductory rate: $675
You must be an APAP member in order to register for the conference.

The deadline for cancellation or substitution requests is January 5, 2021 at 5 p.m. (EST). Learn more.

*This introductory registration is available to individual, self-represented artists and individual performing arts professionals who are new to APAP. If you have never been a member and qualify for the Artist Access or Individual Performing Arts Professional membership type, this could be a good option for you!

**The group registration rate is valid for groups of up to 10 registrants from the same organization and is ideal for groups of at least 5 attendees. Exhibitors should not use the group registration and instead should purchase booth badges for additional registrants from their organization.

APAP Membership Requirement

You must be a current APAP member to attend the conference. To access the conference events and platform, your membership must remain current and in good standing through January 2022.

Health and Safety and Code of Conduct

When registering, every attendee must agree to the following Health and Safety Protocols, as well as the APAP|NYC+ Code of Conduct. APAP reserves the right to remove anyone from our convening or to revoke or deny APAP|NYC+-related rights to anyone who engages in conduct deemed to be harassment toward others.

Cancellations and Substitutions

While no one plans to cancel their registration, we understand that plans may change. The deadline for cancellation or substitution requests is January 5, 2021 at 5 p.m. (EST). Email apapnyc@apap365.org for more information.

Showcase Listing Rates

Once you register for conference, you may purchase Showcase Listings. Access to the Showcase Listings platform will open November 2021 and can be added to existing registrations or purchased when you register. 

NEW THIS YEAR! You will be able to enter your showcase information directly into Showcase Listings platform, much like the APAP Live Performance Calendar. The Showcase Listings platform will open XXXX.

Any in-person or online registrant of APAP|NYC+ 2022 can purchase a listing, including Artist Access members, but not  and Individual Performing Arts Professionals.

Showcase Listings are $10/listing.

Conference Registration Relief

APAP realizes that the severe effects of the pandemic on the performing arts field present extreme financial hardship for many of our members. In response, we are offering conference scholarships of up to $100 available on a rolling basis to APAP members with the available funds. These scholarships will offset the $150 Early-Bird conference registration rate and enable scholarship recipients to pay a flat $50 for attending the conference (Individuals eligible for lower registration rates can be awarded an amount that would lower registration to $50.).

These scholarships are designed to respond to the needs of members facing hardship with the hope that these funds can serve as many members as possible until we reach the fund limit. To ensure we are able to assist as many people in the field as possible, we strongly encourage no more than two people from the same organization or company to apply.
